Meet Trish
The Story
I'm Trish Phelps, and I believe fitness and wellness should build you up - not break you down
I spent years in the corporate world as a Senior Product Manager, earning my MBA and climbing the ladder. I was successful on paper, but something was missing. Between board meetings, school pickups, helping with homework, and making sure everyone else was taken care of, I'd completely lost myself in the shuffle. I was disconnected from my body, running on fumes, and had forgotten what it felt like to actually take care of myself.
I'm a mom of three—Austin, Garrett, and Gracelyn—and dog mom to Gemma, a beagle-boxer who keeps me humble. I know what it's like to put yourself last on your own list. For years, that was my default.
Everything changed when I started moving my body - not to punish it or change it, but to feel strong and capable again. That journey led me to become a certified personal trainer and eventually a Reiki practitioner. I found that when I helped my body feel good, everything else started to shift too.
Now I help other women do the same.
What Makes This Different
At Boss Babe, clients typically start with personal training. That's where we build trust, get to know each other, and start feeling stronger - physically and mentally. Through that process, we naturally talk about confidence, stress, and what's really going on in life.
Many clients eventually explore Reiki for deeper relaxation, nervous system support, and emotional release. It's not required - just available when you're ready.
What I offer isn't a quick fix. It's a space to reconnect with yourself, build real strength, and feel genuinely good in your body.
The Philosophy
Movement as love, not punishment.
Your body isn't a problem to fix. It's home. And it deserves to be honored, not criticized.
This is hard AND you can do hard things.
I won't pretend choosing yourself is easy. But I will walk beside you and remind you that you're capable of it.
You are already enough.
Not someday. Not after you lose the weight, build the business, or get your life together. Right now. Exactly as you are.
The Credentials
(Because You Asked)
I'm a Senior Product Manager with an MBA, a Professional Scrum Product Owner certification (PSPO), and my CPT (Certified Personal Trainer). I bring strategic thinking, data-informed approaches, and a human-centered lens to everything I do.
But the real credential? I've been where you are. And I made it to the other side, not by doing more, but by giving myself permission to be enough.
